Tenure-track positions

The Department of Mathematics at Bar-Ilan University is inviting applications for tenure track positions at all levels. Candidates in all fields of mathematics are encouraged to apply though special consideration will be given at this time to the fields of statistics and data science.

Applications should be sent to  the Chair of the Math Department (chair@math.biu.ac.il).

Applications are considered year-round, but to get maximal consideration applications should be submitted by October 18, 2023 

 An application should include the following, in English:

• Curriculum Vitae.
• Updated list of publications.
• Scientific biography (2-4 pages), covering the candidate's previous work and future plans.
• PDF files of up to three of the candidates best papers.
• Contact information of PhD advisors and postdoctoral advisors/hosts (if applicable).
• Optionally, a list of experts who could evaluate the candidate's application, and/or a list of people you would prefer we not consult. Please do not send us reference letters yourself or have them sent. We will solicit the letters and only use letters solicited by us.
