Was Ulam right?, part 2

We give a second demontrastion of the utility of "walking twice", this time proving that for every pair mu<kappa of infinite regular cardinals, if square(kappa,<mu) holds, then the collection of all pairs in kappa can be partitioned into kappa many cells such that the square of any cofinal set meets any of these cells.
